Educational Qualification:
High-Performance Manager: Candidates Should have Master’s in Sports (MSI/PhD/MBA) with 10 years of research experience OR Eminent player/coach with 5-10 years of sports management/research experience.
Assistant Coach (Athletics, Boxing, Fencing): Candidates Should have Diploma in Coaching (SAI/NS NIS or recognized institution), Represented India in Olympics/International competitions, OR Dronacharya Awardee.
Young Professional: Candidates Should have Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management or equivalent, OR Graduate with 3 years of work experience, OR Represented India internationally.
Physiotherapist (Grade-II): Candidates Should have Master’s in Physiotherapy with 3 years of work experience.
Masseur: Candidates Should have 10+2 with a recognized certificate in Masseur/Masseuse/Massage Therapy, with 2 years of work experience.
Strength & Conditioning Expert (Grade-II): Candidates Should have Bachelor’s/Master’s in Sports Science, or equivalent certification in fitness training (ASCA Level-1, CSCS, etc.), with relevant experience.
Psychologist: Candidates Should have Master’s Degree in Clinical/Applied Psychology or related field.
Nutritionist: Candidates Should have M.Sc. in Nutrition with 5 years of experience, including 1 year in sports.
Pay Scale:
INR
40000-150000 Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 65 Years.

The Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu (SDAT) was introduced on 28th August 2007 in Chennai. This authority was established to promote and develop sports activities in state and improvement in standards of sports and games in the state of Tamil Nadu.
Tamil Nadu and the Government of India has made plan to develop and construct better infrastructure to acquire, manage, maintenance and utilize sports facilities and building stadium, play fields in Tamil Nadu state.
The SDAT will coordinate, cooperate with Government of India, Sports Authority of India, Sports Councils, Indian Olympic Association, National Sports Federation and other similar District and states relating to Sports and Games and other allied activities.
Vision & Mission of the SDAT is to empower a sustainable sports culture and create world class infrastructure in the state, to promote and encourage people about sports to performed and participate in sports activities.
SDAT provide quality training to sportsperson as they can perform at National and International events.
