Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution/Board.
- Essential: Adequate knowledge in basic Computer skill with certification.
- Language Requirement: Must be able to speak, read, and write Odia and have Odia as a language subject in H.S.C. Examination or equivalent, or pass a test in Odia equivalent to Middle School Standard.
- Domicile: Candidate must be a citizen of India and a domicile of the State of Odisha.
- Equivalence: Candidates from outside Odisha must produce proof of equivalence from a recognized Odisha institution.
- Government Servants: Eligible if they inform their head of office in writing and produce a "No Objection Certificate" before document verification.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 42 Years (as on 01/01/2026)
