Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for AVP (Manpower Planning & Recruitment)
- Essential: MBA/PGDM/PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in HR/HRD/HRM from institutions recognized by Government Bodies/AICTE/UGC (as on 31.12.2025).
- Experience: Minimum 8 Years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources. Preferably in IT industry or IT Department/Vertical in the BFSI Sector (as on 31.12.2025). Note: Training & Teaching experience will not be counted.
- Desirable: Preferred Certification (Valid as on date of interview): HR Analytics or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.

- Essential: MBA/PGDM/PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in HR/HRD/HRM from institutions recognized by Government Bodies/AICTE/UGC (as on 31.12.2025).

Shortlisting, Interview, and CTC Negotiation. Merit List will be based on interview scores.
