Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- GM & Chief AI Officer: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IT/Electronics/EE/ECE or equivalent; M.Sc/M.A in Statistics/CS/M.Stat/MCA; MBA/PGDM finance; ML/AI/NLP certifications; Minimum 15 years banking/BFSI/IT experience with 3 years senior leadership.
- DGM (Risk and Operational Analytics): Same basic qualifications; Minimum 10 years banking/BFSI/IT experience with 2 years senior leadership.
- DGM (AI Governance and Compliance): Same basics; Minimum 10 years banking/BFSI/IT experience with 2 years senior leadership.
- DGM (Data Engineering, Model Application Dev and AI Ops): Same basics; Minimum 10 years banking/BFSI/IT experience with 2 years senior leadership.
- AI Solution Architect: Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/IT/Data Science/AI/Business Administration; AI Solution architecture certification; Minimum 8 years overall experience (3 years AI/analytics solutioning, digital transformation).
- Enterprise AI Architect: Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/IT/Engineering/Data Science/AI; TOGAF certification; AI Architecture certification; Minimum 8 years tech experience (3 years enterprise/platform/AI architecture).
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection will be carried out in three stages:
- Shortlisting: Based on eligibility and screening parameters decided by the Bank.
- Interview (100 marks): Includes a 10‑minute presentation for GM & Chief AI Officer, DGM (Risk), DGM (AI Governance), DGM (Data Engineering). Qualifying marks as decided by SBI.
- CTC Negotiation: Conducted one‑on‑one at interview or subsequently.
Final merit list is prepared on the basis of interview scores; in case of a tie, older candidates are given preference. No TA/DA is paid for the interview.
Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates
- Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
- All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
- Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
- Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
- Two recent passport‑size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
