Eligibility Criteria for SVNIRTAR Consultant Posts 2026

Educational Qualification

• Occupational Therapist: Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institute + 2 years experience.
• Early Interventionist: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Special Education + 2 years or 1 year experience respectively. RCI registration required.
• Special Educator (MR/ID): Diploma in Special Education (Mental Retardation/Intellectual Disability) + 4 years experience. RCI registration.
• Special Educator (Visually Impaired): Diploma in Special Education (Visually Impaired) + 4 years experience. RCI registration.
• Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist: BASLP from recognized university + 2 years experience. RCI registration.
• Nurse: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or B.Sc. Nursing + registration with State Nursing Council + 2 years or 1 year experience respectively.

Age Limit

Maximum age limit: 56 years (as on last date of application).

Selection Process
