Requirement of Scientist (01 - Position ) for the TANII 2021-2022 Project on "Development of LAMP (Loop Mediated Amplification Technique) ELISA Assay for Rapid, Sensitive and cost effective diagnosis and Screening of Bacterial infections in wild herbivore population of Tamil Nadu" at AIWC, Vandalur for a period of one year on contractual basis

1. Name of the Post: Scientist (1 position ) on contractual basis for the period of one year (Project based positions)

2. Project Titled "Development of LAMP (Loop Mediated Amplification Technique) ELISA Assay for Rapid, Sensitive and cost effective diagnosis and Screening of Bavcterial infections in wild herbivore population of Tamil Nadu" Ph. D in Veterinary Micro Biology (or) Animal Biotechnology (or) Veterinary Pathology

3. Essential Qualification: Doctorate Degree in above disciplines with a minimum 60% aggregate marks and above from a recognized university.

4. Desirable Qualification: Good command over written and spoken English. Interest to carry out both lab-based and field-based research.

5. Work Experience: Minimum 2 years research experience in relevant field. (preferred in Infectious Disease Diagnostics)

6. Monthly Remuneration: Consolidated pay of Rs. 70,000/- per month (Including HRA)

Pay Scale: INR 70000(Per Month)
