TNPL, a well known Paper and Paper Board Manufacturing Company having its manufacturing facility at Kagithapuram, Karur District and also at Mondipatti, Trichy District with a turnover of around ` 4000 plus Crores requires the following personnel for its Corporate Office at Chennai, Paper Mill (TNPL Unit-I) at Kagithapuram, Karur District and Integrated Pulp and Paper Board Mill (TNPL Unit-II) at Mondipatti, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, Tamilnadu:-
1. Name of the Post: Executive Director/ Chief General Manager
2. No. of posts: 01
3. Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) (or) Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) (or) Full time First class MBA (Finance) from reputed Universities / Institutions.
4. Experience:
a) Minimum 30-32 years of post qualification experience in reputed industrial organizations, as on 01/01/2022. Should have worked as Head of Finance functions in a reputed Public Company for a minimum period of 5 years. Should have exposure in areas of Project Finance, Funds Mobilization, Funds Management, Forex Management, Cost Control and Performance Monitoring.
b) The incumbent will be responsible for all Finance, Costing and Accounting functions including Plant Accounting, Management Accounting, Budgetary Control, MIS, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Export Finance, etc. The selected candidate should be able to provide effective Guidance and Leadership to a high Calibre Team. Experience may be relaxed upto 3 years in deserving cases.
5. Location: Corporate Office, Chennai.
6. Scale of Pay: For Executive Director : Rs.100000-3000-130000, For Chief General Manager : Rs.90800-2730-118100
