Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

All candidates must possess a Graduate or Post Graduate degree from a recognized university under a regular curriculum. Specific experience requirements for each rank are as follows:

• Manager Rank: Minimum 5 years of work experience in banking, in the cadre of Assistant Manager or above.
• Senior Manager Rank: Minimum 8 years of banking experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial cadre at the level of Manager.
• Assistant Vice President (AVP) Rank: Minimum 10 years of banking experience, including at least 6 years in a managerial cadre at the level of Manager, 2 years at Senior Manager or equivalent cadre.

Selection Process & Screening Clause
