Applications are invited for the following posts tenable at Mumbai.

1. Position: Engineer (C) [Civil]

2. No of Post: 01

3. Qualification: Full-Time Degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech with aggregate of 60% marks) from a recognized university/institute in Civil Engineering

4. Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ post-degree employment-experience, with exposure to and participation in Maintenance and Management of Civil Infrastructure in a reputed organization

5. Desirable: a) Good knowledge of CPWD work procedures and building codes. b) Experience of supervision of construction of at least one single building from foundation level to superstructure c) Knowledge of quality control, rate analysis, cost estimation, recording measurements in measurement Books, certification of contractors bills, etc. d) Knowledge of AutoCAD and use of personal computers and its applications.

6. Job Requirement: Cost estimation, tender evaluation, quality control, preparation of rate analysis for extra/deviated items, recording measurement of works in Measurement Books(MB), Certification of contractors running/final Bills, maintaining record of test reports, coordinating for civil and allied works required for electrical, HVAC and firefighting at site, supervising outsourced annual maintenance contracts for various bulk services i.e., plumbing, horticulture and landscaping works, water treatment plant, sewage treatment plant, and carpentry works.

7. Pay : 99,969/- pm

1. Position: Scientific Assistant (B)

2. No of Post: 02

3. Qualification: (a) Graduate from a recognized University/Institute with aggregate of 60% marks and Graduate or Post Graduate in Library/Information Science (with aggregate of 60% marks). (b) Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications. (c) 1-2 years’ experience in a well established Scientific/Technical Library.

4. Experience: Preference will be given to candidates having extensive knowledge of Information Technology including the use of Library Management Softwares, RFID system and open source softwares.

5. Desirable: a) Good knowledge of CPWD work procedures and building codes. b) Experience of supervision of construction of at least one single building from foundation level to superstructure c) Knowledge of quality control, rate analysis, cost estimation, recording measurements in measurement Books, certification of contractors bills, etc. d) Knowledge of AutoCAD and use of personal computers and its applications.

6. Job Requirement: Besides the library professional work, the candidate is required to take care of the computerized activities in the library. Initiation to create a digital library and web-based services is expected

7. Pay : 61,818/-

1. Position: Laboratory Assistant (B)

2. No of Post: 02

3. Qualification: (a) National Trade Certificate (NTC) (aggregate of 60% marks) awarded by National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (b) Two years’ experience in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. OR (a) National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) (aggregate of 60% marks) awarded by National Council of Vocational Training NCVT) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. (b) One year experience in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.

4. Experience: Preference will be given to candidates having extensive knowledge of Information Technology including the use of Library Management Softwares, RFID system and open source softwares.

5. Desirable: Job Description : To operate and maintain the cryogenic plants and equipment in round the clock shift duties. Experience in the field of TIG Welding, Brazing will be an added advantage. Experience in the operation & maintenance of general mechanical machines, cryogenic equipment will be an added advantage.

6. Pay : 39,761/-

1. Position: Work Assistant [electrical]

2. No of Post: 01

3. Qualification: Industrial Training Institute (ITI) i.e. National Trade Certificate (NTC) awarded by the National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) pass certificate from a recognized institute in the Electrical trade

4. Experience: Minimum One year experience in electrical work.

5. Job Description: The candidate should possess good health and will be required to assist senior technicians.

6. Pay : 31,329/-

1. Position: Project Scientific Officer

2. No of Post: 01

3. Qualification: (a) Full time Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech with aggregate of 60% marks) from a recognized university/institute in Computer Science / Information Technology. (b) Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field

4. Desirable: Experience / Certification in Java and Oracle

6. Job Requirement: The candidate should have (a) a clear understanding of web application development concepts using JSP/Servlets/Angular/Spring/Hibernate (b) Have good programming skills in Java and PL/SQL (c) Have clear concepts of DBMS and SQL (d) be active and open to acquiring new skills (e) have good communication and interpersonal skills.
