Educational Qualification: Programme Assistant: Have a Master’s Degree in Psychology/ Social Work/ Public Health from a recognized university with 2-3 years of work experience in the area of gender-based violence. Candidate should be based in Manipur or Mizoram for the duration of the project. Have good formal communication skills. Be extremely fluent with reading and writing in Hindi as well as English. Be willing to work at flexible hours Research Officer: Possess a full-time Master’s Degree in Psychology or allied sciences from a UGC recognized University. Should have experience of working on research based projects within the community. Experience of working in education sector is an added advantage. Should speak, read and write English fluently. Possess excellent academic and research writing skills in English. Be willing to work in flexible hours.
