Educational Qualification: Masters's degree in Social Work (Mental Health, Medical and Psychiatric Social Work, Woman-Centered Practice or Disability Studies and Action) / M.A. in Counselling or Clinical Psychology / M.A. in Women's Studies/ Gender Studies.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years experience in the field of mental health, counseling, and women’s issues.
Skills / Eligibility
1. Willingness to engage with various stakeholders and commute in and outside Mumbai 2. Individuals with a passion for mental health, working with feminists and intersectional lens, creativity and having the desire to innovate 3. High level of commitment and integrity and ability to work in a team 4. Good written and oral communication skills in English, Marathi, and/or Hindi 5. Proficiency in using computers and creating presentations
Pay Scale: INR 40000 - 60000(Per Month)
Age Limit: As per company rule.
