Educational Qualification: Senior Project Coordinator: Masters in Social Work/Social Sciences, with specialisation in Women/Gender Studies, and postgraduate research experience in the social sector. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Marathi is essential. Field Investigator: Bachelors in any discipline with some experience of research in the social sector. Masters in Social Work/Social Sciences will be given preference. Proficiency in spoken and written Marathi is essential.
