Educational Qualification: 12th pass and Bachelor of any degree an equivalent grade on a point scale. The candidate must have a minimum of two to three years of work experience in the field of the social sector, especially working with children and youth.
Desirable Qualification and Experience:
Good knowledge & ability to read/write/speak in Marathi, English, Hindi,
Good knowledge should be open to flexible timings.
Excellent knowledge of good communication skills and empathy.
Ability to work effectively in teams well as independently.
Experience in report writing skills.
Confident and Proficiency in conducting activities.
