Educational Qualification:

• Master's degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in (1) economics and related disciplines for CRPG, or (2) Environment, Climate, and Sustainability Studies and related disciplines for CCSS.
• Plus (A or B):
  • A: Cleared NET/SLET/SET OR awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with UGC Regulations, 2009 or 2016 (with specific conditions).
  • B: Ph.D. obtained from a foreign university/institution with a ranking among the top 500 in the World University Ranking (QS, THE, or ARWU).

Experience:

• CRPG (Desirable): Ph.D. in economics-related subjects, preferably with focus on financial economics, public policy or governance. Proven track record of research and teaching in quantitative methods.
• CCSS (Desirable): Ph.D. in interdisciplinary subjects such as Climate studies, Policy studies, Environmental studies, Energy studies, Development studies, etc. Excellent academic and publication record. Orientation to social sciences.

Skills:As per the specific position requirements (e.g., quantitative research, financial analysis, climate science, policy studies, interdisciplinary teaching).

Salary:





Entry pay of Rs. 57,700/- in Academic Pay Level 10 as per 7th CPC.
