Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Must have passed the SSC examination (10th Class) or its equivalent examination.
- Must be able to read and write Telugu / Urdu / Hindi or English.
- Must possess a current valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license issued by the competent authority under the Motor Vehicle Act, 1998.
- Must have practical experience in driving a motor vehicle for a period of not less than 3 years.
- Must possess endorsement to drive Motor Cycle and Auto Rickshaw.

Age Relaxation
- SC/ST/EWS/BC (Aboriginal Tribes in Agency areas): 5 years relaxation.
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Rule 12(1)(c)(i) of Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules.
- Contract/Outsourcing Staff: Upper age limit is relaxed for candidates currently working on a contract or outsourcing basis in the High Court or related Legal Services Authorities, provided they have put in at least 2 years of service by the date of notification and were within the age limit at the time of their initial appointment.
