1. Post name : District Project Coordinator

2. Education : Essential: Master’s degree in environment science and social science, rural management, environment engineering or related area.

3. Experience : 

a) A minimum of 2 years of experience in working with the Govt. and in multi stakeholder project with 1 year in Waste Management, preferably plastic waste management is required

b) Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills on the impacts from project is essential

c) Good command of Resources Based management tools is essential

d) Strong understanding of waste management

e) IT/computing skills (minimum: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

f) Ability to integrate technology into various aspects of the project for planning, rollout and monitoring

g) Acting as a team player and facilitating teamwork 

h) Domain knowledge of waste and recycling sector would be preferred

i) Experience with applied social empirical research work or business analytics is an asset

j) Tasks require diligence and detail-orientation whilst being solution- and team-oriented

k) Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities

4. Language Requirement: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, Hindi and Odia is essential.a
