Educational Qualification: Any Masters Degree

1. Position : Technical Specialist

2. Education & Work Experience : I-Master's Level Degree - 5 year(s) experience

3. Languages : Required:Desired: English, Hindi

4. Required  skills and competencies

a) Demonstrated experience in environmental and/or technical projects and activities.  Knowledge and understanding of the Montreal Protocol financial mechanism, non-Ozone Depleting Substances and low global warming potential technologies and Multilateral Fund policies, guidelines and procedures.

b) Knowledge of Indian industries/establishments working in various Sectors and sub-sectors with specific reference to HCFC.

5. Desired additional skills and competencies

a) Doctoral degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering is desirable. 

b) Good communication, interpersonal skills, with an ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

c) Any additional work experience in the govt sector, multilateral organizations and/or the UN is desirable.
