Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM
1. Post Name: Consultant – Manufacturing Sector
2. Type of Contract: Individual Contract
3. Languages Required: English
4. Duration of Initial Contract: One Year
5. Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Coordinate/establish liaison with establishments under the manufacturing/service sector
b. Coordinate/establish liaison with industry Clusters/Associations
c. Coordinate/establish liaison with ITIs/school/college education system, district administrations for promoting apprenticeship training
d. Sensitizing industries on apprenticeship training procedures
e. Provide inputs to IT and communication consultant of SAMC for formulating effective reporting
f. Provide short-term training/capacity building support to Basic Training Providers (BTIs)/Third Party Agencies, etc. as required
6. Education: B.E./B.Tech. with MBA in Human Resource or others streams from a reputed and recognized institute
7. Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in the core sectors of manufacturing or preferable with PSUs or large organizations
8. Language:
a. Proficiency in English and Hindi - both speaking and writing
b. Proficiency in computer skills
9. Duration of the Work: The contract will be awarded for one year initially. Working days will be as per the State Government policy.
10. Consolidated annual consultancy fee (Remunerative) of Rs 8,52,651/-

Selection Procedure
1. Evaluation and ranking will be done based on the following criteria:
2. Educational Qualification: 30 Marks;
3. Relevant Experience: 40 Marks;
4. Interview: 30 Marks
5. Candidates obtaining a minimum of 70% (49 marks) of 70 marks will be eligible to appear for the interview. Top scoring candidate (out of total 100 marks) will be sent offer of consultancy in order of ranking.
6. Interview for the shortlisted candidates would be either conducted by telephone / over skype.
