Applications are invited for one position of Research Assistant in the Project entitled "Research and Management of Human Resource in Organized and Unorganized Sector in the Centre of Excellence funded by Government of Uttar Pradesh under Dr. Sangeeta Sahu, Professor in the Department of Business Administration, University of Lucknow, Lucknow

1. The position is purely temporary and payment will be made out of the grant received for the project.

4. Essential Qualification: MBA with HR Specialization (HR specialization related papers studied during lllrd and Vth semester of MBA)/ Post Graduate in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or HRM with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.

5. Desirable: Experience in data collection and a nalysis using statistical software package.

6. Emoluments: Rs.34000 per month.
