UPSRLM, Uttar Pradesh on behalf of service provider invites dedicated professionals to apply for the following openings at the State, District and Block Levels. Details of vacant positions, the number of posts, qualification, experience, age, and honoraria, are given in the table below:
1. Post Name: Senior Technical Expert/ SMM -Digital Finance
2. Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree or diploma (equivalent) preferably in Rural Development Management, Master in Social Work, Financial Management
3. No of Post: 01
4. Work Experience:
a. Minimum 07 years of relevant experience in related sector with experience of design, planning and working in large scale projects of government/nongovernment organization at state/national Level.
b. Have experience in strengthening of Digital Finance Initiatives. Should have knowledge of programme, systems and data and fund management activities in the state.
c. Should have worked with Corporate BC and Banks for data sharing for monitoring of Digital Finance initiatives. Should have experience in support in the identification of cadre and their trainings and deployment.
5. Remuneration INR (Per month): Rs. 75,000-100,000/-
1. Post Name: District Functional Manager-Social Mobalisation & Capacity Building
2. Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Business Management/ Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Social Sciences /Economics /Sociology/ Anthropology/Social Work OR 2 years PG Diploma in above disciplines

4. Work Experience:
Should have of at least 03+ years of relevant post qualification work experience in Social Mobilization – promotion of SHGs & their institutions, Training and Capacity Building, Gender Activities in large scale rural poverty reduction programs, of which at least 01 year should be at the Block Level or above

4. Work Experience:
Should have of at least 03+ years of relevant post qualification work experience in livelihood promotion in large-scale rural poverty reduction programs in promoting On-Farm/ Non-Farm interventions in agriculture, dairy, enterprise promotion with farmers/ groups/FPO, organizing market-oriented training for employment for women and youth, including in rural communities, of which at least 01 year should be at the Block Level or above

2. Educational Qualification:
Post graduate Degree in HR Management/ MBA HR / or 2 years PG Diploma in above disciplines from recognized university/institute with at least 55% minimum marks or equivalent grade. Preferred to specialize in Human Resource Management from recognized university/institute

4. Work Experience:
i. Should have at least 03+ years of relevant post qualification work experience in Human Resource and good understanding in the field of developing professionals, Human Resource system, strategic human resource for the community driven development projects/programs in national, international scenario.
ii. The developing and maintenance of HR Policies, process, system, recruitment, performance management, retention, Statuary compliances and the incumbent should have experience on developing system at state/national levels

National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) is a poverty alleviation project implemented by Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. This plan is focused on promoting self-employment and organization of rural poor. The basic idea behind this program is to organize the poor into SHG (Self Help Groups) groups and make them capable for self-employment. In 1999 after restructuring Integrated Rural Development Programme(IRDP), Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) launched Swarnajayanti Grameen Swarojgar Yojana (SGSY) to focus on promoting self-employment among rural poor. SGSY is now remodeled to form NRLM thereby plugging the shortfalls of SGSY programme. This program was launched in 2011 with a budget of $5.1 billion and is one of the flagship programs of the Ministry of Rural Development. This is one of the world's largest initiatives to improve the livelihood of poor.
