3. Educational Qualification, Experience and Remuneration: Full time Post Graduate Degree with distinction at Post Graduate level in Management/Agribusiness Management with Ph. D. in relevant subject from a recognized University or Institute. The candidate should be an eminent scholar with good track record of high quality publications in the reputed peer Journals, significant research contributions with minimum of 20 Publications and 10 Books published in reputed Journal. The Candidate would be selected based on his/her the best 10 publications in the Peer reviewed/ UGC listed journals and award of minimum two Ph.D degrees under his/her supervision during last 10 years and interaction with a Selection Committee.

4. Essential Experience: 

a. Minimum 10 years teaching/training/Research experience from recognized University/Institute /Cooperative Training Organization/Cooperative Institute/Cooperative Department/Govt./Semi Govt. organisations.

b. Minimum experience of 4 years in holding analogous post in cooperative sector research assignments.

5. Consolidated Remuneration : Rs. 1,23,100/- plus applicable D.A. excluding other allowances as per 7th CPC in Pay Matrix Level-13.

3. . Qualifications, Skills and Abilities :: Post Graduate degree in Marketing and Finance or other relevant fields with The candidate should have minimum 70% marks. Candidate should have liasoning with Industries, Academia and Institutions to facilitate meetings. Candidate should have experience of communications in cross functioning with various Industries/ Different Ministries/Government Departments. Candidate should possess excellent writing, editing, and speaking skills in both English and Hindi. Candidate should have experience of preparing Public Communication Strategy & Research notes/ documents. 

a. Candidate should have developed policy positions on emerging regulatory issues impacting concerned organization. Candidate should be well versed in the latest electronic publishing and graphics methods. Candidate should have experience in establishing new institutional businesses for organization. Willing to travel frequently in case of internal and external meetings.

4. Key Responsibilities: Senior Consultant is required to work closely with Senior Officials of Ministry at New Delhi and other academic researchers at VAMNICOM to perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: Liaising with Senior Officer of Ministry and Director, VAMNICOM. Assisting the Director to prepare working papers, policy briefs, white papers in close collaboration with the IFFCO/Institute/ Ministry

Ensuring proper process documentation and preparing project closure reports.

5. Essential Experience : Minimum 4 years' experience in Policy Advocacy and Corporate Affairs, Liaising in Government Department /Ministry/ Industry & Chamber of Commerce

3. Qualifications, Skills and Abilities: The candidate should have a Post Graduate degree in communications/ equivalent degree in other relevant fields. mass journalism/ research or Candidateshould have an experience in communication and diffusion strategies and techniques, reporting, documentation, publication, and audio visual material preparation in relation to academic and policy research.

a. Candidate should possess excellent writing, editing, and speaking skills in both English and Hindi. Candidate should be well versed in the latest electronic publishing and graphics methods. Capacity to interact effectively with stakeholders, institutions, and work with government and private sector agencies. Demonstrate capacity to plan, prioritize and deliver tasks on time to meet goals on a highly pressured environment. Demonstrates openness to change and ability to| manage complexities. Self motivated and proactive.

4. Key Responsibilities: Policy Documentation Associate work closely with the Director of the Institute and other academic researchers to perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: Assisting the Director to prepare annual report of I- CPRC, publication of documents, working papers, policy briefs, white papers in close collaboration with the IFFCO Chair. Preparing communication strategy and tools for the release of National Cooperative Policy.

a. Ensuring effective communications, visibility, and knowledge management. Supporting the I -CPRC team in organizing and managing seminar, workshop and press conferences. Producing reports and stories of the seminars/ workshops organized by the Institute. Ensuring proper process documentation and preparing project closure reports.

3. Qualifications, Skills and Abilities: The candidate should have a Post Graduate degree in Economics/Public Policy/Cooperatives/Governance or equivalent degree with minimum 60% in other relevant fields. Thorough understanding of data analysis using MS Excel (must have). Additional knowledge of Statistical modeling, Tableau will be preferred. Ability to create compelling presentations. Strong analytical skills logical abilities to breakdown problems and find solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with cross functional teams in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Self motivated and proactive. Willing to travel in case of internal and external meetings.

4. Key Responsibilities: Research Associate work closely with academic researchers and other projects staff to perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: Designing survey questionnaires, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, running pilot exercises, refining study design and survey instruments.v Reviewing policy documents and driving policy discussions with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including content, measurement, and research teams at VAMNICOM.

a. Devising strategIC frameworks digital technology in cooperatives especially in Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS). Analyzing available data on cooperatives and help in designing a nationwide database on cooperatives. Assisting with data cleaning, preliminary data analysis, and preparation of documents and presentations for on deployment or dissemination. Ensuring project documentations and helpin building knowledge products/ training material for stakeholder Workshons.

Tech (IT)/Mass Media from a recognized University or Institute.

4. Essential Experience: 01 year from recognized Institute in the relevant area.
