Educational Qualification:
Project Assistant: should have Degree in Civil Engineering, with at least 1 or more years of experience in Maintenance of Buildings works and having specific experience in billing. The applicant should have adequate knowledge of quality control and proficiency in computer aided drafting, candidate with higher qualification/experience shall be given preference.
Senior Project Manager: (Electrical Engineer/ Mechanical Engineer), should have Degree in Electrical Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in, Electrical & Allied Works. Knowledge of HVAC, etc. Audit services of MEP Works, Experience of installation, Listing and commissioning of all MEP Systems of building works. The applicant should have adequate knowledge of quality control, MEP procedures & practices and proficiency in computer aided drafting, candidate with higher qualification/experience shall be given preference.
Senior Project Assistant: should have Degree in Civil Engineering, with at least 3 or more years of experience in Maintenance of Buildings works and having specific experience in billing. The applicant should have adequate knowledge of quality control and proficiency in computer aided drafting, candidate with higher qualification/experience shall be given preference.
Project Engineer: should have Degree in Civil Engineering, with at least 5+ years of experience in Maintenance of Buildings works and having specific experience in billing. The applicant should have adequate knowledge of quality control and proficiency in computer aided drafting, candidate with higher qualification/experience shall be given preference.
Project Manager: should have Degree in Civil Engineering, with at least 6+ years of experience in Third Party Consultancy Works/Construction, Project Management, Interaction with Client, Appraisals report presentation with client and Maintenance of Buildings works. The applicant should have adequate knowledge of Project Management, quality control, Team Guidance, Expertise in Advisory, Time Schedule Management and interpretation of results and measures to be adopted thereupon to enhance the executed quality, building material testing procedures, Non-Destructive Testing, building services, construction procedures & practices, candidate with higher qualification/experience shall be given preference.

The number of seats allotted for Project Assistant, Senior Project Manager, More Vacancies vacancies in VNIT is 18. Once the candidate is selected they will be informed about the pay scale.
Pay Scale:
INR
25000-55000/- Per Month
Age Limit: As per company rule.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/ walkin interview. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the given criteria.
How to Apply:
The requirement will be initially for a period of six months & extended for another six months based on satisfactory performance, through third party outsourcing agency. The posts will be coterminous with the duration and requirement of the project.
