Eligibility for Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / allied disciplines) is mandatory. Master's degree or Ph.D. in Engineering, Technology, or Management will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in technical training, skill development, academic coordination, or Centre of Excellence operations. Experience in industry-academia collaboration, proposal development, infrastructure management, and multidisciplinary team coordination is desirable.
• Desirable: Working knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and familiarity with Siemens software tools is preferred.
