Senior Consultant (Information Technology):
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication Engineering from any recognized University or Institute of India or abroad, duly recognised in India or Master’s degree in Computer Applications from any recognized University or Institute of India or abroad, duly recognised in India or equivalent duly recognised in India.
2. 10 to 15 years of experience.
Junior Consultant (Information Technology):
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication Engineering from any recognized University or Institute of India or abroad, duly recognised in India or Master’s degree in Computer Applications from any recognized University or Institute of India or abroad, duly recognised in India or equivalent duly recognised in India.
2. 03 to 06 years of experience.
Pay Scale:
INR
70000-150000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.

The Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (WDRA) was constituted on 26th October 2010 under the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007. The Act provides for the establishment of the WDRA to exercise the powers conferred on it and to perform the functions assigned to it under the Act, Rules, and Regulations for the development and regulation of warehouses, the negotiability of warehouse receipts and promote orderly growth of the warehousing business in India. The WDRA is a Statutory Authority under the Department of Food and Public Distribution, Government of India. WDRA Headquarters is located in New Delhi.
The powers and functions of WDRA are - to specify the qualifications, code of conduct and practical training for warehousemen and staff engaged in warehousing business; to regulate the process of pledge, creation of charges and enforcement thereof in respect of goods deposited with the warehouse; to promote efficiency in the conduct of warehouse business.

Interested candidates can pursue courses in MBA/ two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing or Finance as major subject, degree and Proficiency in computer operations and typing, degree in any Biological Sciences (including Agriculture) + Proficiency in computer operations and typing, 10+2 from Science Stream + Proficiency in computer operations and typing, Proficiency in Computer operations is essential and possessing stenography speed of 80 words per minute and a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi for a great career at Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority.
