Educational Qualification:
(i) M.Sc. degree in Nursing (securing at least 55% marks) acquired from a recognized University with at least ten years’ experience, after acquiring an M.Sc. degree, of serving under this State Government, in the cadre of West Bengal Nursing Service or West Bengal General Service.
(ii) Knowledge of Bengali - spoken and written
