Educational Qualification: Agent: Full time 4 years B.E. or B. Tech. degree / Integrated M. Tech. / Dual-degree B. Tech - M. Tech. programme / B. Sc. - B. Tech. B. Tech. through lateral entry / AMIE in Mining Engineering from any institute approved / recognized by the UGC, AICTE with 1st Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency under the CMR, 1957/2017. Junior Consultant: Graduate in any discipline with MBA (HR) or PG Diploma / Degree (2 yrs. full time course) in Personnel Management & IR or MSW or DSW or MHRM from any recognized University or reputed Institute approved by AICTE/IIMs/XLRI/ IISWBM. Degree in Law is desirable. Safety Officer: Full time 4 years’ B.E. or B. Tech. degree / Integrated M. Tech. / Dual-degree B. Tech – M. Tech. programme / B. Sc. - B. Tech. B. Tech. through lateral entry / AMIE in Mining Engineering from any institute approved / recognized by the UGC, AICTE with 1st Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency under the MMR, 1961. Supervising Officer (Welfare): Graduate in any discipline with MBA (HR) or PG Diploma / Degree (2 yrs. full time course) in Personnel Management & IR or MSW or DSW or MHRM from any recognized University or reputed Institute approved by AICTE/IIMs/XLRI/ IISWBM. Electrical Supervisor: Full time Diploma or Diploma through lateral entry in Electrical Engineering / Mining Machinery from an Institute approved by the State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development / AICTE. Supervisor: ITI from any University recognised by the UGC. Senior Executive: Graduate Degree in any discipline from any University recognized by the UGC. Special Officer: Graduate Degree in any discipline from any University recognized by the UGC. Associate: Graduate in Science from any University recognised by the UGC / Diploma in engineering from any University recognised by the UGC.
Pay Scale: INR 40000-94000 Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 63 Years.
