Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Labour Welfare Superintendent: Graduation Degree of a recognized university or equivalent, with a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Social Work, Labour Welfare, Industrial Relations, or Personnel Management, or in any other allied subject from a recognized institution.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Selection will be based on a merit list calculated as follows:
- Secondary Level: 20% weightage of marks obtained
- Senior Secondary Level: 20% weightage of marks obtained
- Graduate Level: 20% weightage of marks obtained
- Post Graduate Level: 20% weightage of marks obtained
- Interview: Marks obtained by the candidate
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process.
