- B.Tech with MBA/PGDM and 1 year experience in Water Sector, OR
- Master's in Economics/Social Science/Social Work with 2 years managerial experience in WASH sector.

- Master's in Social Science/Mass Communication/Rural Management.
- Preferably with experience in IEC sector and/or knowledge management in government-sponsored programmes.
