- Registration: Duly enrolled with the concerned Bar Council.
- Desirable: LLM from a UGC recognized University, Diploma/Certificate in Labour Laws.

- CAT Panel: Minimum 10 years of practice experience.
- District Court Panel: Minimum 7 years of practice experience.
