- Postgraduate (M.Sc.) degree in any discipline of Science with a minimum of 60% marks, OR a B.Tech. degree in any branch of Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.

- Alternatively: At least two years of teaching experience at the Graduation / Post-Graduation level in a reputed institution, including the Dr. Ambedkar Centre of Excellence (DACE); OR being an aspirant candidate of Indian Civil Services / State Civil Services.
