Skills / Eligibility

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (Synthetic Inorganic Chemistry and Catalysis) on contract basis to work on the DST-sponsored research project entitled " Intramolecular Secondary Interactions Controlled Molecular Rotors as Catalyst for Site Selective Annulation Reactions to Synthesize Energetically less Favored Isomers", (SRG/2021/000075) sanctioned to Dr. Hemant Joshi, Assistant Professor at the Central University of Rajasthan (CURAJ).

1. Post Name: Junior Research Fellow

2. No of Post: 01

3. Duration: Initially one year from the date of appointment (with a possibility for further extension (till the duration of the project or 2 years, whichever is earlier) based upon satisfactory performance)

4. Essential Qualification:

M.Sc. Chemistry/Inorganic/Organic/Organometallic Chemistry (minimum 55% or equivalent CGPA) and must have qualified CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship and/or GATE or equivalent examination

5. Desirable: Working experience in the area of synthetic inorganic chemistry and catalysis is preferable

6. Consolidated Salary (p.m.): Rs.31,000/-

Pay Scale: INR 31000(Per Month)

Age Limit: 28 years with relaxation as per Govt. norms

Selection Procedure

1. Date of Interview will be notified separately.

2. Only shortlisted candidates will be entitled for the interview.

3. Keeping in view of the current (COVID-19) situation, the interview process is planned to be conducted through online mode.
