Educational Qualification (Essential):
- Ph.D. in relevant subject, OR
- Master's degree in Food Engineering / Food Process Engineering / Dairy & Food Engineering / Agricultural Process & Food Engineering / Post Harvest Engineering / Food Process Engineering & Management with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
- Bachelor's degree (4/5 years) in Food Technology / Agricultural Engineering with first division (or equivalent grade).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in teaching/research (evidenced by Fellowship/Associateship/Training/other engagement).
- Publication: Must have published one research paper in a Science Citation Index (SCI) or NAAS rated ≥4.0 journal.
Experience:Minimum 3 years of teaching or research experience is mandatory.
Skills:Teaching aptitude, research expertise in food process engineering, and academic publication record.
Age Limit (as on the interview date):
- Men: Maximum 40 years.
- Women: Maximum 45 years.
Remuneration:
- Master's Degree Holders: ₹61,000/- per month + applicable HRA.
- Ph.D. Holders: ₹67,000/- per month + applicable HRA.
HRA is as per existing State Government rates and is subject to change.
Selection Procedure: Walk-in Interview.

- Termination: The engagement can be terminated at any time without prior notice. The incumbent can also leave by giving one month's notice or paying one month's salary.
- Medical Examination: Selected candidates must undergo a medical examination at their own expense to confirm physical fitness.
- University Rights: The Associate Dean reserves the right to cancel or postpone the interview.

Acharya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU) was established under the name of Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University (APAU) on the 12th of June 1964 through the APAU Act 1963. Later, it was renamed as Acharya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University on the 7th of November, 1996 in honor and memory of the noted Parliamentarian and Kisan Leader, Acharya N. G. Ranga. At the verge of completing of Golden Jubilee Year of the ANGRAU, it has given birth to a new State Agricultural University namely Prof. Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University with the bifurcation of the state of Andhra Pradesh as per the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act 2014. The ANGRAU at LAM, Guntur is serving the students and the farmers of 13 districts of new State of Andhra Pradesh with renewed interest and dedication.
