Eligibility for Chief of Personnel & Administration

• Essential Qualification: MBA in Human Resource Management or Post Graduate Diploma from an institute of repute in Human Resource Management or Master of Science in HR.
• Desirable Qualification: Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) is preferred.
• Experience: 10 years post-qualification experience in related functions, with at least 2 years in a senior position. Candidates from Central/State PSE working at the level of E-6 and above. Candidates from Private sector listed companies working not more than 2 levels below CEO/Head of Institution.
• Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as on the date of notification.

Selection Process

The selection procedure involves a personal interview of candidates who prima facie meet the eligibility criteria. Selected candidates will be required to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical Examination (cost borne by the candidate).
