Eligibility Criteria for Company Secretary

Essential Qualification

• Full time Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Associate/Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Desirable Qualification

• Degree in Law.

Experience

• Minimum 07 years of post-qualification experience (ACS) in Company Secretarial functions.
• Experience must be in a company having paid-up share capital of Rs. 100 Crore or more OR Turnover of Rs. 1000 Crores or more in any of the last three financial years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25).
• Preference for candidates with experience in the Aviation Industry, preferably in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul).

Age Limit (as on 01/02/2026)

• Others: Maximum 45 years.
• PSU Serving/Retired Employees: Maximum 62 years.
