Number of Vacancy: 29 Posts
Educational Qualification: Professor: 1. A medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian medical council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in part II of third schedule should also fulfill the condition specified in section 13(3) of the Act. 2. A post graduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject. Experience: Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D./M.S. or qualification recognized equivalent thereto. Additional Professor: Same as essential criteria 1 & 2 for Professor stated above. Experience: Ten years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D./M.S. or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto. Associate Professor: Same as essential criteria 1 & 2 for Professor stated above. Experience: Six years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D./M.S. or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto. Assistant Professor: Same as essential criteria 1 & 2 for Professor stated above. For Trauma & Emergency, M.D. in Emergency Medicine or MD in General Medicine or MS in General Surgery or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto. Experience: Three years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D./M.S. or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Pay Scale: INR 101500-220400/- Per Month
Age Limit: Not Exceeding 58 years.
Application Fee: Application fee for General/OBC/EWS category Rs. 2,000/-, for SC/ST category Rs. 500/- is required to be remitted using the payment link given on the website https://aiimsnagpur.edu.in/recruitment_notices. Any other instrument of payment is not acceptable. The Application fee is nonrefundable. For, Retired Faculty (applying on contract basis), those applying for the post on Deputation basis and PwD category the application fee is exempted.
