Airports Authority of India (AAI) Invites Application for 205 Apprentice (Graduate / Diploma / ITI Trade) Recruitment 2026

For Graduate / Diploma Apprentices – NATS 2.0 Portal

1. Visit Portal: Go to www.nats.education.gov.in and click the Student button, then select General Student (for Diploma/Graduate pass-outs).
2. Register: Click Student Registration and keep ready: a valid personal email, mobile number, Aadhaar number, qualifying/provisional certificate (PDF, under 1 MB), and APAAR ID.
3. Verify & Complete Profile: Verify your mobile number and email via OTP, complete Aadhaar e-KYC, fill the registration form, add educational details, and set a password.
4. Submit Profile: Verify your account via the email link, log in, complete your profile (Basic Details, Educational Details, Communication Details, Training Preferences), preview, and submit to receive your Student Enrolment ID.
5. Apply: Search for establishment Airports Authority of India – RHQ NR, New Delhi (NDLSWC000002) and click Apply for the apprenticeship opportunity.

For ITI Trade Apprentices – NAPS Portal

1. Visit Portal: Go to www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and click Register, then select Candidate.
2. Register & Activate: Fill the Basic, Family, and Contact details, submit, and activate your account via the link sent to your registered email.
3. Complete Profile: Log in and click Complete Your Profile to add your "About Me" and contact details — this is mandatory before applying.
4. Apply: Search for opportunities using establishment code E05200700101 (Airports Authority of India – RHQ NR) and click Apply.
5. Track & Accept: Track invitations, applications, and contracts from your candidate dashboard; if offered a contract, review the details and click Sign to accept.

Important: Only applications submitted through the registered NATS/NAPS portal will be considered. The last date for application is 16th September 2026.

• Online Application Only: Applications are accepted only through the NATS (Graduate/Diploma) or NAPS (ITI) portals. No offline/physical applications are accepted.
• Domicile Requirement: Only candidates domiciled in the specified Northern Region states/UTs (Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, J&K, Leh Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand) are eligible.
• Passing Year: Candidates must have passed their qualifying examination in 2024 or after 2024.
• No Prior Apprenticeship: Candidates who have already completed or are currently pursuing apprenticeship are not eligible.
• No Application Fee: The recruitment is free of any application fee.
• Merit-Based Selection: There is no written exam. Selection is based on the percentage of marks in the qualifying examination.
• Training Locations: Candidates will be posted at various Northern Region airports/AAI offices. The allocated location is final and cannot be changed.
• No Guarantee of Employment: This is a one-year apprenticeship; AAI has no obligation to offer regular employment after completion.
• Document Verification: Keep original documents and self-attested photocopies ready for verification. Candidature remains provisional until verification is complete.
