Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Project Consultant

  • Essential Qualification: BAMS or B.Sc. (Life Sciences) from a recognized University/Institute.
  • Experience: 3 Years’ experience in handling projects related to AYUSH system and should be well versed in dealing with the subject matter.
  • Desirable: Preference to Postgraduates, Ayurveda/Agriculture/Horticulture background.

Eligibility for Mali (Skilled)

  • Essential Qualification: 10th pass from a recognized Board.
  • Experience: Experience in taking care of Garden.
  • Desirable: Field work experience in maintaining gardens.

Eligibility for Labour (Unskilled)

  • Essential Qualification: 8th pass from a recognized Board.

Role & Responsibilities

Project Consultant

  • Planning, development, supervision of the herbal garden.
  • Identification, selection and layout planning of medicinal plants.
  • Supervision of plantation activities, soil preparation, irrigation, manuring.
  • Monitoring plant health, growth and survival rate.
  • Coordination with project authorities and staff.

Mali (Skilled)

  • Carrying out day-to-day maintenance (watering, weeding, pruning).
  • Plantation of medicinal plants/herbs as per plan.
  • Preparation of soil beds, pots, and plots.
  • Application of fertilizers, manures, pesticides.
  • Maintenance of gardening tools and irrigation systems.

Labour (Unskilled)

  • Assisting in routine garden maintenance (watering, weed removal).
  • Supporting plantation activities (digging pits, filling soil).
  • Helping in soil preparation and compost application.
  • Collection and disposal of dry leaves and garden waste.
  • Loading, unloading and shifting of plants and materials.
