Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification & Experience
For Superintending Engineer:
- Employees of the Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, PSUs, or R&D organizations holding an analogous post.
- OR Executive Engineers with 5 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 7600.
- OR Executive Engineer with 10 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 6600.
For Security Officer:
- Officers of the Police Departments of the Central/State/UT Governments or Officers of the Armed Forces (including Para Military Forces) holding analogous posts.
- OR Officers with 2/3 years regular service in a post in PB-2 GP 4800/GP 4600 or above.
- Preferred: Experience in security, handling agitations and strikes of employees.
2. Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 56 years as on the closing date of application.
3. Mandatory Requirements & Documents
Applications must be forwarded through proper channel with the following documents:
- Cadre clearance certificate.
- Integrity certificate.
- List of major/minor penalties imposed in the last 10 years (or a 'Nil' certificate).
- Vigilance clearance certificate.
- Attested photocopies of ACRs/APARs for the last five years.
- For applicants from non-Central Government departments: A comparative chart showing equivalence with Central Government Pay Scales, duly certified by the employer.
