All India Institute of Medical Sciences Jodhpur (AIIMS Jodhpur) has issued Advertisement No. Dr.Jayakaran/ Recruitment/ 2026/ 50 dated 8 October 2026 for one temporary Research Associate III post under a Department of Health Research (DHR) sponsored project. Eligible candidates can appear for the walk-in interview on 16 October 2026 at 11:00 AM at Room No. 233, Department of Pharmacology, AIIMS Jodhpur.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Research Associate III – Mandatory Qualification: Ph.D. / MD / MS / MDS or equivalent degree OR MVSc / M.Pharm / ME / M.Tech / M.Sc with at least 3 years of research experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification and at least one research paper published in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal.
• Desirable Qualification:
  • Previous experience in handling systematic review projects related to the medical field.
  • Basic knowledge about biostatistics and research paper writing.
  • Preference to candidates with publications (Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis) as first or corresponding author in SCIE Q1 journals.
  • High-level expertise in data analysis using R Programming, STATA, and Python.
• Age Relaxation: SC / ST / OBC / PWD candidates – As per Government of India rules.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• A Screening Test may be conducted if a large number of candidates report for the interview.
• Candidates shortlisted from the screening test (if any) will be called for a Direct Interview at Department of Pharmacology, Room No. 233, AIIMS Jodhpur.
• No TA/DA or any other allowances will be paid for attending the screening test or interview.

Employment Nature & Important Instructions

• This post is purely temporary for the sanctioned DHR project with a total duration of 3 years. Work will be reviewed on a six-monthly basis for extension.
• The candidate will have no right to claim for permanent employment under AIIMS Jodhpur or continuation in any other project.
• Appointment may be cancelled at any time in case of misconduct, unsatisfactory work, or if found ineligible later.
• Experience requirement must be acquired after obtaining the minimum educational qualification for the post.
