Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
Candidates must possess a medical qualification included in Schedule I & II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
1. For Associate Professor (17 Posts):
- Qualification: MD/MS or equivalent postgraduate qualification; or M.Ch./D.M. (recognized courses of 2/3/5/6 years).
- Experience:
- Six years of teaching/research experience after MD/MS.
- OR Four years after D.M./M.Ch. (2/5 years course).
- OR Three years after 3/6 years recognized Degree of D.M./M.Ch.
2. For Additional Professor (17 Posts):
- Qualification: MD/MS or equivalent; or M.Ch./D.M. (recognized courses of 2/3/5/6 years).
- Experience:
- Ten years of teaching/research experience after MD/MS.
- OR Eight years after D.M./M.Ch. (2/5 years course).
- OR Seven years after 3/6 years recognized Degree of D.M./M.Ch.
