Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Option 1: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Option 2: Qualified Cost Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).
- Candidate must be an active member of ICAI or ICMAI.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification work experience is mandatory.
- Experience must be in: Accounts Maintenance, Budget/Budgetary Control, Final Accounts, Expenditure/Revenue Accounting, Statutory Compliance (Companies Act, GST, PT, TDS, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, DGFT), Auditing, Taxation, Working Capital Management, Payroll, Financial Planning/Forecasting, Internal Finance Control, and ERP systems (SAP).
- Out of the total 15 years, candidate must have at least 3 years at a senior managerial level (Grade GM and above).
- Preference: Candidates with Aviation Industry or PSU experience, and at least 3 years experience at E6 level or above.
