Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• STEM Lead: B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Robotics, Computer Science, Education or related STEM disciplines.
• STEM Educator: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence or Data Science, Engineering or Technology.
• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – Quantum Error Correction: Postgraduate Degree in Basic Science with NET qualification, or Graduate Degree in a Professional Course with NET qualification, or Postgraduate Degree in a Professional Course, as per applicable DST norms. M.Sc./M.Tech./M.E./M.S. or equivalent in Physics, Quantum Physics, Quantum Computing preferred.
• Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – Quantum Error Correction: M.Sc./M.Tech./M.E./M.S. or equivalent qualification in Physics, Quantum Physics, Quantum Computing, Quantum Information, Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, or related areas.
• STEM Educator – Kolkata, West Bengal: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence or Data Science, Engineering or Technology.

Other conditions: Willingness to travel across India; Ability to handle and demonstrate STEM hardware kits; Work on-site in assigned locations.

Desirable: Prior experience in STEM teaching or technical training; Programming proficiency in Python; Familiarity with Qiskit, Stim, PyMatching.

Selection Process & Screening Clause
