Eligibility for Lower Division Clerk (LDC) - Post Code 2/26
- Essential: Class XII pass certificate from a recognized Board or Institution. Typing Speed test of 35 words per minute on computer (10500 KDPH).
- Experience: Must be Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) with 8 years of regular service OR Skilled Contingency Staff with 12 years of continuous service in the concerned Department.
Eligibility for Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) - Post Code 3/26
- Essential: Class XII pass certificate from a recognized Board or Institution. Typing Speed test of 35 words per minute on computer (10500 KDPH).
- Experience: Must be Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) with 8 years of regular service OR Skilled Contingency Staff with 12 years of continuous service in the concerned Department.
Eligibility for Driver - Post Code 4/26
- Essential: Class X/ITI or equivalent pass certificate from a recognized Board or Institution.
- Experience: Contingency skilled driver with 10 years of service OR Handyman with 6 years of regular service in the concerned Department/Office.
General Eligibility & Instructions

Selection Process
For LDC & JSA:
- Stage-I (Written Exam): 200 Marks (Objective Type). Includes General Awareness, General Intelligence, Numerical Ability, and English. Minimum 33% aggregate marks required.
- Stage-II (Skill Test): Typing test of 35 WPM (Qualifying nature only).
For Driver:
- Stage-I (Written Exam): 200 Marks. Includes Common Paper (50 marks) and Technical Paper (100 marks). Minimum 33% aggregate in both papers separately.
- Stage-II (Driving Test): Qualifying nature only. Valid Driving License required.
Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted for Stage 2 in a 1:3 ratio. Final merit is based on written exam marks only.
