Educational Qualification: Doctorate degree in any of the branches of Archaeology or Indian History (Ancient and Medieval) or in Structural or Scientific Conservation of Ancient Monuments or Heritage Building from a recognized university or institute. Desirable: MBA or BBA in Human Resource Management or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Human Resource Management), from a recognized university or institute.

Experience: Fifteen years of experience in training/capacity building or guiding research work in Central Government or State Government organisation or recognized university or institution.
