Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Principal Private Secretary: Stenographer holding analogous post regularly, or 6 years in Level-8, or 7 years in Level-7. Desirable: Computer operation knowledge.
- Private Secretary: Stenographer holding analogous post regularly, or Level-6 post with 5 years' regular service.
- Junior Accounts Officer: Analogous post regularly, or 6 years in Level-5, plus Bachelor's Degree, plus training in cash/accounts at ISTM or equivalent and 2 years' cash accounts & budget experience.
- Tribunal Master (Stenographer Grade-1): Analogous post regularly, or Level-4 post with 10 years' regular service.
- Junior Accountant: Analogous post regularly, or 5 years in Level-4, plus Bachelor's Degree.
- Upper Division Clerk: Analogous post regularly, or Level-2 post with 8 years' regular service.
- Lower Division Clerk: Analogous post regularly; 12th pass; typing 35 wpm English / 30 wpm Hindi; computer course 6 months.
- Staff Car Driver: Analogous staff car driver post, or Despatch Rider Level-2 with valid licence, or Level-1 with 3 years driving experience; 10th pass, 3 years driving experience, valid driving licence, motor mechanism knowledge.
- Data Entry Operator: Analogous post regularly, or Pay Band 1 + GP 1900 with 2 years' service; 12th pass, IT/Computer diploma/certificate, 8000 key depressions per hour.
- Stenographer Grade-II: Analogous post regularly; 12th pass; skill test: dictation 10 mins @ 80 wpm, transcription 50 mins English / 65 mins Hindi; computer course 6 months.
- Age Limit: Must not exceed 56 years as on 09 December 2026 for all posts.
- Note: Only serving officials who meet deputation conditions may apply. Departmental officers in feeder grade in direct line of promotion are not eligible.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Selection is based on the CV, supporting documents, and post-specific tests where applicable.
- Staff Car Driver: Driving test to judge suitability against essential competence standards.
- Data Entry Operator: Speed test on Electronic Data Processing (EDP) machine(s) for 8000 key depressions per hour.
- Stenographer Grade-II: Computer skill test: dictation 10 minutes at 80 words per minute; transcription 50 minutes (English) or 65 minutes (Hindi).
- Lower Division Clerk: Typing test: 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi, 10 minutes allowed.
- For other posts, the Selection Committee assesses the CV and documents at the time of selection.
- No TA/DA will be paid.
Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates
- Application in prescribed proforma (Annexure-1), signed, with latest photograph pasted.
- Self-certified photocopies of all educational and other testimonials and certificates.
- Photocopies of Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) for the last five years.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from parent department.
- Vigilance clearance certificate.
- Certificate that no disciplinary action or inquiry is pending or contemplated.
- Certification by Employer/Cadre Controlling Authority (Part 4 of Annexure-1), countersigned with seal.
- For officials already on deputation: Cadre Clearance, Vigilance Clearance and integrity certificate forwarded by parent cadre/department.
