The Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission invites applications for filling up of post of Computer Programmer as detailed below: 1. Position: Computer Programmer 2. No of Posts: 01 3. Department: Department Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission 4. Pay Scale: Pay Matrix Level-7 (Rs.44,900- Rs.1,42,400), Group-'B' Non-Gazetted 5. Educational Qualification and Eligibility: a. Master Degree in Computer Science/Computer Application OR B.E OR B.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering OR Information Technology from a recognized University. b. However, candidates who have appeared Or are appearing in the final year/semester examination shall also be eligible to apply, subject to production of Original Certificate/Mark Sheet at the time of Viva Voce/Interview. c. Should have knowledge of one or more programming language like VB, C, C++, C# and with web designing/ scripting and HTML/DHTML, ASP Programming etc. and back end software like| MSSQ Oracle etc.

Selection Procedure
1. Eligibte Applicants will be required to undertake a Written Examination in the following subiects:-
(a) General English: 50 Marks
(b) General Knowledge: 50 Marks.
(c) Elementary Maths (X standard): 50 Marks.
(d) Technical Paper: 100 Marks.
2. To qualify, an Applicant must score a minimum of 33% in each subject as also, a minimum of 45% in aggregate score. Of such qualified candidates, a number three times the advertised posts (Approximately 3), in the order of merit, will be Interview/Viva-Voce
3. Final Merit List of Successful Applicants notified by this Commission, will be based on the aggregate marks of the written examination and Interview/Viva-Voce.

1. Last Date for Receipt of Application: 13th May 2022 till1600 Hrs
2. Only 'Online' through APPSC Website www.appsc.gov.in
3. One Time Registration on Commission's Website is mandatory.(Once registered, all future applications for any post/vacancy can be submitted using Login ID Password).
4. Submit only one application. In case of more than one application, Applications with a higher RID only will be valid.
5. Fee has to be paid separately for each application and is non-transferable.
6. Applicant's size of Signature should not be less than 40 kb and more than 50 kb in Black Ink on white paper jpg format

lmmediately after reconstitution of Arunachal Pradesh as a State, a need was felt for the State to have its own Public Service Commission to recruit and manage the Public Service of the State. Thus, the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission was established on 4 April 1988 under Article 315 of the lndian Constitution, with Shri TS Deori as its first Chairman and Shri M.R Das, IAS(Retd) & Shri Y. Tikhak as its first two Members. The Commission today consists of a Chairman, four members and is served by a Secretariat. Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission Regulations No OM-15/88 dated 29 March 1988, as amended from time to time, govern the functioning of the Commission.
The Commission, till recently, was functioning from a temporary office building, allotted by the State Government, earlier meant for the Administrative Training Centre. A new building for holding Recruitment Examinations, with a capacity of 920 seats, was added in 2018. A Guest House came up alongside in 2019. The Commission's permanent Campus has been approved and is to come up, post demolition of the existing office building. The Commission has shifted its offices to the Guest House Building and functions from there in the interim.
