Eligibility for Guest Faculty

Salary / Remuneration
- For Ph.D. Holders: Rs. 1,500/- per class, subject to a maximum of Rs. 60,000/- per month.

- Note: Lab/tutorial classes of 2 contact hours will be treated as 1 contact hour for payment purposes.

On 1st November 2011, the institute moved into a new phase of independent operation when its first permanent Director, Prof. (Dr.) Chandan Tilak Bhunia, assumed charge. The institute initially operated from a hired building at Yupia, district Papumpare, serving as its temporary site while construction on the permanent campus progressed.
