Educational Qualification: The minimum Educational Qualification of a candidate shall be a Graduate from a recognized University by the Government.

Paper-I General Accounts (With Books)
Paper-II Fundamental Rules and Subsidiary Rules, Financial Rules and Treasury Rules (Without Books)
Paper-III Commercial Book Keeping (Charter's Advance Accounts, 4th Edition, Reprint 1955 or latest) (Without Books)
Paper-IV Constitution of India and Public Finance. (Without Books).
