Educational Qualification: Project Manage: Post-Graduate degree in Agriculture/ Agri business
managemenV Rural Management/ Rural Marketing/ Social Sciences.
Project Executive: Post-Graduate degree
Young Professional: Post-Graduate degree in Rural Development Managemen! Master in Social work
Experience: Project Manager: Minimum 5 years Post qualification Experience in a large size livelihood development project or in reputed industry at middle management level, responsible for development of training materials, manuals for Staff, community
resource persons and community for livelihoods activities, of which minimum 3 years should be in development and implementation of training and capacity building programs.
Project Executive: 3+ years post qualification experience in Social/ Community development sector out of which at least I year should be on domain like Institution
Building of Community Federations, Capacity Building, Social Development etc
Young Professional : 0-2 years post qualification experience.

The Assam State Rural Livelihood Mission Society (ASRLMS) was an independent autonomous institution functions under the Government of Assam, established by Panchayat & Rural Development Department.
The main objective of Assam State Rural Livelihood Mission Society (ASRLMS) is to enhancing the social and economic empowerment of the rural poor in State, to strengthen livelihood of the rural poor by providing skill development and placement for youth for wages based occupation and imparting self employment oriented training.
The Assam State Rural Livelihood Mission Society (ASRLMS) functions to promote Micro Finance Institution in order to deal with the development of rural poor by providing financial assistance and obtaining commercial funding under the guidance of State level Society to support village government in becoming more responsive and effective in delivery of services and assisting the rural poor.
