Project Manager: Post-Graduatc Degree in Rural Development Management/ Mastcr in Social work/ Financial Management.
Project Executive: MCA/ MSc-IT or BE Computer Science/ B.Tech - Computer Science.
Project Assistant: Post Graduate Degree in Social Science,Mass Communication/Gcnder Studies/Rural DevelopmenrDevelopm ent Studies/ Mastgr in Social Work etc.
Accounts Assistant: Post Graduate Degree in Commerce with knowledge of computer application and Tally.
Young Professional: Post Graduate Degree in Social Science / Mass Communication/Gender Sludics/Rural Development/Development Studies/ Master in Social Work.

The Assam State Rural Livelihood Mission Society (ASRLMS) was an independent autonomous institution functions under the Government of Assam, established by Panchayat & Rural Development Department.
The main objective of Assam State Rural Livelihood Mission Society (ASRLMS) is to enhancing the social and economic empowerment of the rural poor in State, to strengthen livelihood of the rural poor by providing skill development and placement for youth for wages based occupation and imparting self employment oriented training.
The Assam State Rural Livelihood Mission Society (ASRLMS) functions to promote Micro Finance Institution in order to deal with the development of rural poor by providing financial assistance and obtaining commercial funding under the guidance of State level Society to support village government in becoming more responsive and effective in delivery of services and assisting the rural poor.
